Lettium

Privacy Policy

This page describes what Lettium collects on lettium.com and in the app. Last updated 29 October 2026.

Marketing site

Necessary cookies stay on so the site can work. Analytics is optional and uses Google Analytics. It stays off until you choose Accept all, or turn Analytics on and save.

Accepting optional cookies turns on Google Analytics and the Google storage signals that are updated with that choice. Rejecting optional cookies leaves analytics off. The choice is stored in this browser. Change it any time with Cookie settings in the footer.

Account

When you create an account, Lettium stores your email and display name. You can sign in with a password or with Google. A password is stored as a hash. Google sign-in stores the identifier Google returns so Lettium can recognize that account.

A session lasts 30 days. Signing out ends that session.

Designs

Files, artboards, the objects on them, uploaded images, and comments are stored so you can open and edit them.

AI

When you draft, refine, or tidy a layout, the description and the current layout are sent to OpenAI to produce the result. The result is saved on your artboard. A campaign is also checked with OpenAI before it sends.

Email

A test email sends one rendered artboard through Resend to the address you provide. Lettium stores a record of that send.

A campaign uses your own SMTP relay. Lettium stores that mail-server configuration so it can send through your server. The campaign can include an unsubscribe link.

Waitlist and contact

The waitlist form stores the email address you submit. The contact form emails your name, email address, and message to Lettium.

How long it stays

You can delete the account in settings. Deleting it removes the account and the files it owns. The cookie choice stays in this browser until you change it. A waitlist email stays until it is removed from the list. A session ends after 30 days, or sooner when you sign out.

Who else handles data

The site and the app are hosted on DigitalOcean. Google handles sign-in and, when you allow it, analytics on the marketing site. OpenAI generates and checks layouts and campaigns. Resend delivers test email and the contact form.
